Reforesting the San Bernardino is critical to maintain the health of not only the ecosystem, but also the south Californians that depend on it for recreational access. Canon, in conjunction with the National Forest Foundation, United States Forest Service and San Bernardino National Forest Association is taking quick action to re-establish a natural forest. By timely replanting 20,000 native trees— Jeffery Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Lodgepole Pine, Sugar Pine, Coulter Pine, Incense Cedar, White Fir, —we will help prevent the landscape from being overtaken by invasive weeds and dominated by shrubs that will not provide the forest habitat lost in the fire.
